From carrying out the survey before we purchased the house to completing the extensive work required once we finally got the keys, Mark was a true professional throughout.

He was a one-stop shop for addressing all the issues highlighted in our Level 3 survey and helped bring our period property back to life. We had wall ties replaced on all four walls of the house, all window lintels replaced, and the entire property repointed, including the chimney.

Mark also went above and beyond the original brief by clearing out a disused chimney breast that was causing damp issues in the house. This saved us from having unnecessary work carried out by damp specialists who had incorrectly diagnosed the problem as rising damp.
Mark and the team were always on time, completed the work to an exceptionally high standard, and were genuinely good people to deal with. I trusted them completely knowing my house was in safe hand

Best of all, I no longer have to worry about bricks falling off the front of the house every time I close a window!

Whilst completing wall ties and pointing of our property we have found Wall Ties NI to be totally professional and have even gone beyond what we expected in providing advice about damp and helping to ensure that our property is structurally sound for the next 25 years.
The team completing the work were extremely helpful and cleaned up at the end of every day.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and have already done so to some of our neighbours.

Mark carried out a thorough and professional wall tie survey for us. We were very pleased with his quick response and excellent communication throughout the process. He also took the time to discuss the findings with us over the phone after submitting his report, which was greatly appreciated. We will be using Mark and his team to carry out the remedial works in the future and would happily recommend them to others.

They finished up just this week with putting new wall ties into my house and they did a fantastic job. I'm really happy with it! High level of workmanship & professionalism, clear communication from start to finish, and just overall a great company to deal with. They even left the place tidier than they found it. 10/10.
